Audio Snippets: We temporarily extract 10-30 second clips for fingerprint matching. These snippets are deleted within 24 hours.

Usage Data: Anonymous analytics about detection requests, match success rates, and feature usage help us improve the product.

Account Information: If you register, we store email addresses, workspace settings, and billing details with encryption in transit and at rest.

  • Send service updates and feature announcements to subscribers

3. Data Retention & Security

Audio Snippets: Purged automatically within 24 hours after processing. No raw video content is stored.

Detection Results: Saved for registered users until you delete them or close the account.

Encryption: All traffic uses TLS 1.3 and database records are encrypted at rest with AES-256.

Third-Party Access: We never sell user data and do not share raw audio with external vendors.
